Rainey Niklawski is the director of development for Shalom Farms, a nonprofit farm and food justice organization working for an equitable food system in Richmond. A graduate of VCU, Rainey has had her CFRE designation since 2021. Outside of work, she can be found outdoors running, hiking, biking or reading with her husband and two children.
