Practices like mindfulness and gratitude, the importance of intention-setting, and how to deal with stress effectively when it presents itself through a number of mind and body prescriptions. How to reconnect to and cultivate joy in your life as a defense to stress. While anyone can benefit from this program, it will be especially helpful if you have been dealing with any ongoing mental or physical symptom or condition that would benefit from addressing the root cause of a nervous system imbalance.
