Fermentation 101 Workshop

This will be a small group workshop with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Be prepared for a hands on experience, where you will learn as we go, step-by-step. Discuss fermentation science, food safety, modifications, and health benefits. Enjoy a sampling of Twisted Carrot Farm ferments. All supplies will be provided.
Before signing up, make sure that you will be able to provide the proper “after care” at home for your ferment following the workshop. You will need to keep a daily eye on your ferment for the duration of the fermentation process (minimum five days is recommended). You must be able to store your ferment between 65-75 degrees during that time. They will provide you with detailed instructions on how to finish up the fermentation process at home.
