Special Focus Tour: Dining in Lenten Tudor England

$A look at culinary customs during Shakespeare’s lifetime in the Lenten season. What was dining like in Elizabethan England? What Tudor era recipes were prepared and traditions upheld? A brief talk is followed by a guided tour through seasonal displays in Agecroft Hall’s Great Hall, Dining Parlor, and Tudor Kitchen.
