Your Child’s Artwork Can Help Other Kids

Do you know a creative kid with a big heart who loves to make art? The Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCJ is looking for budding young artists who want to contribute to the art of pediatric medicine here in Richmond.

From time to time, children’s art is included in some of the health facility’s advertising to raise money to support its many pediatric programs. So they’re seeking submissions from kids who want to create for a good cause.

If you know of the next Van Gogh, kids eighteen and under are invited to submit an image of their artwork created in any medium (paint, colored pencils, markers, crayons, etc.) by Friday, July 30.

The selected masterpieces will be used to help raise funds that support programs right here in our community. One child’s artwork could impact the 70,000+ kids who receive care at CHoR.

The submission deadline is only a week away, so encourage any young artists you know to start creating now! Get details here.
