The Cultural Arts Center and the Latin Ballet of Virginia present “Halloween, El Dia de los Muertos” (a festive celebration of life) on Saturday, November 1 from noon to 4pm at The Cultural Arts Center. This event is free and open to the public to all ages. Dress up in your Halloween costume and bring the whole family for Halloween fun, music, arts & crafts, dancing, sweets and treats, vendors, and exhibits! Plus, enjoy live performances by The Latin Ballet of Virginia and the Richmond Ballet’s Minds in Motion. Parking is free at The Cultural Arts Center. Join us on November 1!
