17 Actors, No Rehearsals, One Night Only – and It’s Free!

Bootleg2013 087eHenley Street Theatre and Richmond Shakespeare, in association with Virginia Rep, present the fifth annual Bootleg Shakespeare production. In a ONE-NIGHT-ONLY, FREE PERFORMANCE, professional Richmond actors will come together with their lines memorized and their own costumes and props to mount an unrehearsed production of Pericles. In this crazy, impromptu Elizabethan style of staging, with director James Ricks at the helm, anything can happen. (For teens and up.)
