Whether you’re looking for princesses, super heroes, dinosaurs or puppy dogs, RVA Balloons owner Deborah Fellman, an award-winning artist and instructor, ensures that your child receives the coolest balloon art in RVA. Party packages include balloon animals, balloon headbands, glitter tattoos and balloon decor. We are passionate about sharing the art of awesome balloons and can even teach your children how to make their own balloon animals in a hands-on lesson. Clients receive a questionnaire so we can learn about the party theme and the birthday child’s hobbies and interests. We also take special care to include siblings.
