Hill of Heroes Flag Exchange with Dignity Memorial

Every year, Woody and Nelsen Funeral Homes, run by Dignity Memorial, hosts a flag-exchange program. They collect old or torn American flags at their facilities and provide contributors with a new 3′ x 5′ flag. Lacyn Barton, head of Dignity Memorial, and her team deliver them to the Virginia War Memorial. for proper disposal.
