Cadence Theatre’s youth winter rehearsal and performance program will feature the beloved musical, Pippin, as well as the masterful and haunting classic, Macbeth.
Each cast will rehearse virtually (possibly safely distanced and outside for some rehearsals*), which will culminate in a performance captured by professional filmmakers and sound designers. Each cast member will receive a video for private home use.
Video auditions for the musical and play are now open. For the musical, please prepare a selection from the musical theatre canon with accompaniment (karaoke tracks are fine). For the play, please prepare a classical monologue or sonnet no longer than one minute in length, and submit by 8 p.m., December 20. For details , visit: Cadence Theatre.
