As part of the Museums for All program, the Museum will offer an exhibit admission rate of $2 per adult and $1 per child to families presenting an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card. Museum guests can also opt to watch a movie in The Dome theater for an additional $1 per person.

“It is our fundamental role to use science to inspire the greater community,” said Richard Conti, Chief Wonder Officer, Science Museum of Virginia. “Joining the Museums for All initiative strengthens our commitment to making our experiences more accessible.”

Developed by the Association of Children’s Museums and the Institute of Museum and Library Sciences, Museums for All allows guests to visit any participating museum year-round for a minimal fee. Families are encouraged to participate and experience museums across the country – from children’s museums to science centers.
