Santa Arrives at Short Pump Town Center Nov. 16

SANTA’S ARRIVAL AND MAGICAL TREE LIGHTING

AT SHORT PUMP TOWN CENTER

Richmond, VA. – Capture the enchantment of the holidays at Short Pump Town Center’s

Santa’s Arrival Parade and Magical Tree Lighting of Santa’s 50 foot Holiday Tree on Friday,

November 16, 2012 at 6:00 PM in the Main Plaza.

 

Beforehand, the Salvation Army Band will perform holiday selections in the Main Plaza.

The Salvation Army Angel Tree program will be located in the Food Court for the 2012

holiday season! Volunteers will be on site through December 9 th for “Angel” distribution  and gift collection.

Santa will arrive in grand style in his Mercedes Benz and he will be joined by his holiday

friends: The Gingerbread Boy, Raggedy Ann and Andy, Frosty, Toy Soldier, Dancing Tree,

two of Santa’s Elves, the Nutcracker Characters, Jack Frost, Suzy Snowflake and more!

Magic Wands will be distributed at Guest Services for children to assist Santa in lighting the

50 foot Holiday Tree – while supplies last.

 

Immediately following the Santa’s Arrival Parade, children of all ages can join Jack Frost and

Suzy Snowflake for the biggest dance party the North Pole has ever seen! Jack Frost and

Suzy Snowflake will host a Meet & Greet in the Food Court after the tree lighting.

After the Magical Tree Illumination, Santa will be available for portraits in his traditional

home setting complete with a cozy fireplace located in the Food Court. Digital portrait

quality photos may be purchased through December 24.
