Timothy Harmon, regular season MVP, added 13 points (averaging 30.00 ppg in the four tournament wins), 9 rebounds, 7 assists, 5 steals, and 3 blocks. Veritas School, seeded sixth, beat the #3 seed Victory Christian Academy in the quarterfinals, the #2 seed The Carmel School in the semifinals, and the #1 seed Richmond Spirit in the championship game. The Veritas Lions, after starting 4-4, won their last 16 contests of the season.
“I am so proud of these young men and how hard they have worked and played this year. It was a well-deserved victory” celebrated Veritas’ Varsity Basketball Coach Phil Coggins.
