Wild Ginger Is on a Roll in May

–Other EAT Restaurant Partners will also make donations to the Greater Richmond ARC

In honor of Mental Health Month, EAT Restaurant Partners has designated the Greater Richmond ARC for donations from select restaurants during May. ARC provides therapy and services for individuals of all ages with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Wild Ginger, for instance, has created an “ARC roll” made with tempura shrimp and lobster salad, and will donate $2 to ARC for each one purchased this month.
Other restaurants donating $2 to ARC in May for designated dishes include: Foo Dog’s Chef Ken’s Scallion Chicken that has cracked pepper, broccoli and bell peppers; Osaka’s Vespa Roll made with shrimp tempura and goat cheese; Blue Goat’s Dark and Stormy, a dessert featuring key lime panna cotta and ginger snaps; and The Fat Dragon’s pineapple shrimp with bell peppers.
