Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Camp Horizons is a coed residential summer camp in Virginia for boys and girls ages 6-17 years old. Located just outside of Harrisonburg in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, Camp Horizons is one of the best residential summer camps in Virginia. Our overnight sleep-away camp provides campers a safe, supportive community in which they can feel comfortable trying new things, learning about themselves and their peers, and developing camp friendships that last a lifetime. Camp Horizons campers and staff are a diverse group of people from around the region and the world. Our VA summer camp is just a short drive from Charlottesville, northern Virginia, and Washington D.C. Sleepaway camp activities include aquatics, sports, outdoors, adventure, campfires, equestrian/horseback, performing arts, visual arts, and more. We are an American Camp Association (ACA) accredited camp.
