Come dance with us at Richmond Ballet this summer! We have exciting dance programs for boys and girls ages 5 to 13!

Invitation to the Dance Camps

Come and join us for an exciting Summer Experience! This week-long camp features classes in age appropriate ballet technique emphasizing creativity, coordination, and musicality. Students will also explore all facets of the art of ballet, learning about the story, music, costumes, and scenery of classic story ballets. Camps will be held in-person following SRB’s safety protocols. Camp is designed for ages 5– 7.

School of Richmond Ballet Dance Camps

Join us for a challenging and exciting summer program! Our week-long dance camp features classes in Ballet, Theatre Dance, Character Dance, and Music. SRB Dance Camp students are divided into groups according to their current ballet level. Camps will be held in-person following SRB’s safety protocols. (Please note that these camps are not for beginners. Designed for Ages 8-12 who are current Lower I, II, or III SRB Ballet students OR who have studied Ballet for a minimum of one year elsewhere.)

Minds in Motion Dance Camps

Get ready to move with Minds In Motion Summer Camp! Minds In Motion is renowned for connecting its engaging movement experiences with content based performances. Each day of MIM summer camp is filled with dance, creative movement, music, and related arts and crafts. Professionally-trained teaching artists and musicians lead campers in an exploration of different dance styles and techniques. As campers learn about choreography and every aspect of a performance, they develop collaboration skills and grow in personal confidence. Join us for one of our sessions of camp this summer! Open to all rising 5th-8th graders!
