Learn to speak with conviction and civility. Introduce your child to speech and debate. Since 2018, RDI has hosted summer camps held at VCU. Our 1-week camp inspires students to participate in debates relating to technology, history, science and international relations.
- Open to all middle school and high school students (6th to 12th graders, ages 10+)
- Discuss topics such as technology, history, science, and international relations while participating in games, lessons, and mock debates.
- Day Camp: 1-week camp, Monday (July 31st, 2023) to Friday (August 4th, 2023), 9AM to 5PM. Complete lunch and snacks included. Tuition: $375
- Overnight “Scholars” Camp: Spend 7-nights as a VCU student! For high school students who want to have a college experience, come stay with us in VCU dorms and experience our overnight “Scholars” camp! Our 7-day camp (Sunday, July 30th to Sunday, August 6th) will immerse students into our community of engaged students and dedicated instructors and RAs. Tuition: $1,250 inclusive of room, board, and meal plan.
